I stepped of the plane my beloved violin bass and a small backpack with my travel kit in it. It had been a good flight. Just then I heard running footsteps behind me and the Stewardess who had been looking after me on the first class flight from London pressed her Meishi card into my hand. She held my hand giving it a gentle squeeze and then walked back to the plane looking back once to flash me a smile. I hoped that she knew exactly what I was thinking. It certainly had been a good flight and now I had another matter to take care of when I had time. Of course as the worlds greatest mystery buster I have had to get used to this sort of adoration from admirers. Anyway, I had an interesting assignment lined up in Yokohama and I prepared to focus all my concentration, however hard, on the job in hand. (more…)
